Core Code io is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoices, payments, and AR records in a remote Madrid-based role. You will ensure accuracy, maintain customer relationships, and support month-end activities while working with internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have AR experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to handle high transaction volumes with attention to detail in a remote work environment.

Formación

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting or finance roles.
• Experience processing invoices and customer payments.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volume with accuracy.
• Remote work capability with reliable internet.
• English proficiency if working with English-speaking customers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, account balances, and payment due dates.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports, aging reports, and payment summaries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.
