Paack, a last-mile logistics company based in Barcelona, is seeking a skilled accounting professional to oversee accounts payable, month-end close, and ERP improvements. The role supports multiple jurisdictions and audits, with flexible remote work options.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel and ERP experience (Business Central), and good English. Prior exposure to fast-growth, international environments is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience in similar roles, ideally within fast-growth international companies.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Good level of English; other European languages are appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Process, review, and validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor AP ageing reports and ensure timely payments and resolution of overdue items.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline workflows.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Review and update ERP accounting module master data.
• Review bank reconciliation and credit card interfaces.
• Reconcile supplier debit balances and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Prepare ad hoc management reports as required.
• Assist in development and implementation of ERP improvements.
• Support in system implementation: administrative compliance.
• Support in opening projects: administrative tasks.
