The Job

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices.
  • Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting (UK & international).
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards for management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and client teams.
  • Implement and improve financial systems and processes.

The Profile

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven accounting experience (3+ years), preferably in a remote or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK and international accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Bonus : Experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency books.
