Tether.io is seeking an Account Manager within the Technology Distribution team to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives involving digital wallets, payments, tokenization, and AI-enabled data solutions. You will coordinate with clients, government entities, and internal teams to deliver strategic programs on time.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding of fintech and blockchain ecosystems. Remote, international cooperation is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in account management, program coordination, or project governance within technology, fintech, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to engage with corporate and government stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain, or financial technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Client & Partner Engagement: be the primary point of contact for clients and institutional partners, manage expectations and relationships.
• Project Governance & Delivery Oversight: oversee implementation progress, ensure alignment with terms and timelines, maintain governance artifacts.
• Cross-Team and Stakeholders Coordination: facilitate information flow between product, engineering, legal/compliance, marketing and operations; maintain dashboards; engage external partners.
