We are seeking a proactive and foresighted Relocation Consultant to join our Relocation Team.

Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth settling-in process for employees being transferred and their families. Your daily tasks will include :

• Finding accommodation that meets the needs of the employee and their family.
• Accompanying them on property visits, reviewing lease agreements, and assisting with required documentation.
• Connecting utilities such as internet, water, and electricity.
• Finding suitable childcare and schools if needed.
• Advising on local registrations and assisting with processes like Town-Hall registration, obtaining a Medical Card, public transport passes, and driving licenses.
• Explaining and helping them understand Spain's bureaucracy, culture, shopping hours, and other local aspects.
• Maintaining constant communication with the company and the transferred employee to ensure smooth coordination, set realistic expectations, and address any issues.

What are we looking for?

• You are authorized to work in Spain.
• You are a fast learner familiar with how Spain works and procedures.
• You possess a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• You can multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
• You are foresighted, anticipating obstacles.
• You are proficient in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You can perform under pressure and handle high volumes of work.
• Experience as a relocation consultant is preferred.
