We are looking for a proactive and foresighted Relocation Consultant to join our Relocation Team.

Your main objective is to ensure that employees and their families transferred by companies experience a smooth settling-in process.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will :

  • Search for accommodation based on the employee’s and their family’s needs. Accompany them to visit properties, review lease agreements, and assist with required documentation.
  • Arrange utilities such as internet, water, electricity, etc.
  • Assist in opening bank accounts.
  • Find suitable childcare and schools if needed.
  • Advise on local registrations they might need, and assist with processes like Town-Hall registration, Medical Card, public transport pass, driving license, etc.
  • Explain and help them understand how things work in Spain regarding bureaucracy, culture, shopping hours, etc.
  • Maintain constant communication with the company and the transferred employee to ensure smooth coordination, set realistic expectations, and update on any issues.
