We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Reliability Support Engineer to join our B2B SaaS company and resolve platform issues efficiently. Our team of around 100 employees is primarily based in Malaga, Spain, with incorporation in the US and the EU. While our Development team is in Malaga, remote work is welcomed, allowing you to code from anywhere.

Plytix PIM (Product Information Management) is a SaaS platform that helps customers manage their product data. It serves as the single source of truth, enabling collaborative product work, e-commerce integration, catalog creation, and more.

Responsibilities include:
Onboarding process:
Team collaboration: You will work closely with Support, Customer Success, and Development teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Nice to have skills include Elastic, Grafana/Prometheus, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS, Kubernetes, and experience with Hubspot/Asana.
