Amplify is a program within Global Innovation, which will bring the latest cloud technology based on the Veeva Medicine suite (Clinical & Regulatory) to our Animal Health organization. With the Amplify project, we take a big step forward on the journey initiated by our digital strategy.

We are looking for an Integration Lead, responsible for developing and implementing solutions that integrate the senior Release Manager who leads the RUN Governance framework definition and rollout of the Amplify Veeva Platform applications across the Animal Health IT ecosystem.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor progress of VEEVA software releases from inception to delivery.
• Define, develop, and implement cutover plans for the Program Releases contributing to the development of the technical cutover schedules and plans to ensure they align with business cutover plans and meet business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to developer team members on projects to support and facilitate agile project / release delivery and ensure timely service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met.
• Lead and connect all parties involved in the cutover activities including business managers, project managers, and project teams to ensure the deployment of releases meets organizational change management guidelines and priorities.
• Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on the Demand Management process, working with different areas (business SMEs, IT System Lead, OCM & Validation) to assess the impact of the implementation of new features to include in planned releases, ensuring plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives, and other project priorities are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong background in project management with a focus on implementing and maintaining global business-critical systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, Release Manager, System Owner, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Decisive leadership skills with the ability to improve efficiency and manage multiple tasks.
• Critical thinking and strategic mindset for decision-making in unclear situations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicts, influence, and negotiate.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage with individuals at different seniority levels.
• Effective and timely decision-making skills, with strong conflict resolution / intervention abilities.

Additionally :

• Pharma industry knowledge and GxP systems.
• Veeva Medicine suite knowledge.
