Formación

• Experience in Property & Casualty reinsurance preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships across the placement cycle.
• Fluency in Spanish; English required; Portuguese beneficial.

How you'll make an impact

• Take ownership of a portfolio of reinsurance clients and manage relationships independently.
• Lead client engagements throughout the full placement and renewal cycle.
• Understand clients' business objectives, exposures, and strategic priorities to deliver effective reinsurance solutions.
• Structure, market, and place Property & Casualty reinsurance programmes.
• Coordinate with reinsurers and internal specialists to develop client-focused solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and industry stakeholders.

About you

• Experience working in Property & Casualty reinsurance, either within a broker or reinsurance carrier environment.
• Experience independently managing client relationships and reinsurance placements.
• A track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of the Spanish insurance and reinsurance market.
• Experience managing renewal processes and client servicing throughout the placement cycle.
• The ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical reinsurance solutions.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• A proactive and commercial approach to identifying opportunities and driving growth.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, Portuguese language skills are beneficial.
• The ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and international locations.
