Aon is seeking a Junior Broker Assistant - Reinsurance in Madrid, Spain. You will support Senior Brokers across LATAM, Caribbean and EMEA to manage marine risks and placement processes, preparing data, terms and client presentations while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

The role offers exposure to major capacity hubs and Lloyd's facilities, with cross-regional collaboration and on-the-job learning in international marine markets.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish; English at least B2.
• Experience in Insurance/Reinsurance preferred but not required.
• Able to use industry IT systems, placement platforms, and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review Marine submissions and collect exposure data across regions.
• Prepare and present terms, benchmarking analyses, and placement proposals.
• Assist with firm order broking via FDT and direct market communications.
• Record broking activity, update market sheets, and maintain pipelines.
• Review MRCs, policy slips, and wordings with senior brokers.

Experteer Overview In this role you support Senior Brokers in the Marine Practice across LATAM, Caribbean and EMEA to manage marine risks and placement processes. You help prepare terms, data gathering, and client presentations, while ensuring accurate records and compliance. You will work with cross-regional teams and learn the dynamics of international marine markets. This is a path to specialize in Marine (Re)Insurance, with hands-on exposure to major capacity hubs and Lloyd's facilities.

• Review Marine submissions (Cargo, Hull u0026 Machinery, Liabilities, Ports u0026 Terminals) and collect exposure data from cedants and clients across regions
• Prepare and present terms, benchmarking analyses, and placement proposals to network partners and clients
• Assist with firm order broking via FDT, electronic placement platforms, and direct market communications
• Record broking activity, update market sheets, and maintain internal pipelines
• Review MRCs, policy slips, and wordings with support from senior brokers
• Prepare and send cover confirmations, notes, and endorsements to clients and regional offices
• Support client and reinsurer meetings with technical presentations and follow-ups
• Respond to routine accounting and claims queries; elevate complex losses as needed
• Process accounts in Grids/FDT per Aon's guidelines
• Ensure compliance with DGSFP regulations, sanctions, and Aon policies

Responsabilidades
