We are currently looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer to support our growing operations in the Compliance Solutions Team.

Job Specification

• Working with fund NAV information to provide submission ready Annex IV reporting;
• Working as part of a small team to deliver and maintain a high level of client service;
• Managing client relationships;
• Review and understand AIFMD Annex IV specific information to ensure correct data enhancement has been done;
• Keeping up to date on developments in the regulatory world concerning Annex IV, Form PF and Solvency II among others, with a view to identifying development needs and opportunities within our products;
• Opportunity to gain exposure to international regulations and broader regulatory and compliance projects;
• Opportunity to contribute to the further expansion of the team and to take on management responsibilities.

Skills Required

• Ability to understand and apply regulations for information collection, processing and presentation;
• Knowledge of fund accounting and AIFMD or other funds industry regulations an advantage;
• Book-keeping and data processing skills would be an advantage;
• Strong planning and organisational skills to ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines;
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to work with all levels within the organisation as well as external stakeholders;
• Professional attitude and good attention to detail;
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios;
• Self-motivated, can work off own initiative;
• An appetite to develop skills and broaden knowledge base;
• Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues and clients;
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
