Job summary

Finom is looking for an Analytics Engineer for Regulatory Reporting to own the technical side of regulatory data products. You will build pipelines, data models and formats, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly and quarterly reports.

You will work with the Regulatory Reporting team within the Central Data group, setting quality standards and enabling self-service data for stakeholders. English-speaking environment and modern tech stack from Databricks to XML formats are featured.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL expertise and ability to write maintainable queries.
• Proficient Python, including generating files in formats such as XML.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engineering scope of regulatory reporting pipelines and data models.
• Run monthly and quarterly regulatory reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Build data behind reports: pipelines, governed datasets and semantic models.
• Generate external formats and support submissions to regulators.
• Establish data quality checks and alerting for report readiness.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Report Owners and cross-functional teams.
