The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-product line projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining high quality. This position involves coordinating different departments (Applied Innovation, Production) across various business units, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in research and development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing, to meet project deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Qualifications :

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or related fields; Master’s or PhD preferred. Technicians with a Bachelor’s degree and >5 years of experience may also be considered.
• Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, especially in delivery systems and surfactants.
• Experience with lab and production scale equipment for emulsions and Delivery System technologies.
• Knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies.
• Knowledge of cosmetics applications, actives, and Personal Care is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
