N26 is seeking an analytical, regulatory-minded Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager to lead governance, audit remediation, and the preventive control framework within our Complaints Management & Prevention department in Madrid.

You will own end-to-end planning of the regulatory remediation roadmap, build a BaFin-compliant root cause analysis framework, and serve as the primary contact for 2LoD/3LoD and regulators while mentoring a matrixed team across Product, Tech, Legal and CS.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in compliance controls, assurance, banking ops or complaints management in German finance.
• Full working proficiency in German language.
• 2+ years leading people or major workstreams within complaint management.
• Deep knowledge of European and German banking regulations (MaBeschwer, MaComp, MaRisk, PSD2).
• Strong project, risk management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regulatory remediation roadmap end-to-end.
• Build, govern, and scale the preventive RCA framework.
• Own CMP’s Written Orders, procedures, and work instructions.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for 2LoD, 3LoD, and regulators.
• Direct and mentor a matrixed team across Product, Tech, Legal, and CS.
