N26 is seeking a Compliance & Prevention Associate to join the Complaints Management & Prevention team. You will execute regulatory remediation deliverables, perform deep-dive RCA, and ensure compliance checks on complaint handling across markets with focus on Germany, reporting to the Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager.

Relocation to Madrid is required, and you will work in an international environment, collaborating with auditors, remediation teams and management to drive timely,

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in compliance controls, assurance, banking operations or complaints management.
• Full working proficiency in German language.
• Experience with BaFin MaBeschwer, PSD2, MaComp standards.
• Strong case management and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Remediation Execution: Ensure timely delivery of remediation projects with auditors and management.
• Compliance Maintenance: Draft/update Written Orders (SfOs), Work Instructions, process maps, and guidelines.
• Case-Level RCA Investigations: Perform deep-dive investigations across complaints markets to identify root causes.
• Audit Evidence Compilation: Collect and structure ToD/ToE evidence for reviews.
• Quality & Output Compliance: Verify SLA calculations, communication delays, and COI checks.
