About The Role

As a Regulatory Affairs Graduate, you will support our innovation and compliance efforts. This role offers a blend of strategic thinking and practical experience within a dynamic, collaborative environment. If you have a passion for science and a drive to ensure the safety and efficacy of consumer products, this role could be ideal for you. Together, we will navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring our products meet and exceed the highest standards.

Your responsibilities

• Support product compliance with Spanish and European regulatory requirements to give our brands a competitive edge.
• Assist in compiling national dossiers for submissions, working with R&D teams and contractors.
• Review artwork and product information for compliance.
• Support amendments to registration dossiers for country-specific requirements and oversee submissions.
• Maintain regulatory documentation filing systems.
• Engage with local government agencies and industry associations to ensure compliance with regulations affecting ingredients, packaging, marketing, and production.
• Assist in managing and updating Standard Operating Procedures as part of the Quality Management System.
• Support GDP compliance activities, including customs documentation and batch release.

The experience we're looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs, with a BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biomedicine, or pharmacology. Must be graduated from a European university.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Developing business acumen and understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Insight into consumer needs and expectations.
• Eagerness to collaborate, innovate, and build partnerships.
