As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s pipeline introduction in specific Spanish regions by providing strategic insights into regional healthcare systems and monitoring changes in market access policies and legislation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Propose regional market access strategies aligned with local and global objectives, considering current health environments and regulations, including:
- Gather relevant information
- Analyze the environment and product data
- Develop local/regional patient access strategies
- Prepare regions and hospitals for product launches
Implement validated market access strategies by preparing and submitting value dossiers, coordinating access negotiations, and ensuring timely submissions to authorities.Develop advocacy plans involving stakeholder mapping and engagement.Create proposals for regional access to Menarini Stemline’s products.Collaborate with the V&MA Director and team to establish and coordinate patient access groups to refine strategies.Lead cross-functional teams in preparing and submitting Regional Reimbursement Dossiers.Monitor the environment and competitors, updating the team on relevant information impacting market access activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities, conveying Menarini Stemline’s values and image, in coordination with medical and commercial teams.Skills & Experience
- University degree (preferably in Health Economics) and postgraduate qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical companies within a high-intensity market access environment.
- Ability to review data, analyze opportunities and challenges, and proactively anticipate issues.
- Experience with contracting models and knowledge of the local market access environment.
- Solid understanding of the Spanish health system across different regions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
- Strategic planning and execution abilities at a regional level.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate resources on patient access projects.
- High adaptability to diverse regions and stakeholder cultures within Spain.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Understanding of commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions and how they contribute to patient access success.
