A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Market Access Manager to develop and implement strategies for patient access across regions in Spain. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Candidates should have extensive experience in MedTech or Biotech and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
University degree (preferably in Health Economics) and postgraduate degree.
At least 5 years of experience in MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical companies in a high-intensity market access role.
Strong data analysis, opportunity identification, and proactive planning skills.
Knowledge of local market access environment and the Spanish health system across regions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinking and ability to work cross-functionally.
Flexibility to work across diverse regions and cultures in Spain.
Good communication skills in oral and written forms; English proficiency is valuable.
Understanding of commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions related to patient access.
