Una empresa farmacéutica en crecimiento busca un 'Regional Value & Market Access Manager' para impulsar su introducción de productos en regiones españolas. El candidato ideal tendrá un sólido conocimiento del acceso al mercado, habilidades excepcionales en gestión de relaciones y al menos 5 años de experiencia en un entorno de alta intensidad, buscando maximizar el acceso a sus innovaciones.

Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de acceso al mercado en MedTech o farmacéutico.
  • Conocimiento del entorno local de acceso al mercado y del sistema de salud español.

Responsabilidades

  • Proponer estrategias de acceso al mercado alineadas con las metas regionales.
  • Preparar lanzamientos de productos y negociaciones con autoridades.
  • Colaborar con el director de V&MA en la estrategia regional y los recursos.

As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s future pipeline introduction by preparing markets in specific Spanish regions, providing strategic insights into regional healthcare systems and market landscapes, as well as monitoring changes in market access policies and legislation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose market access strategies for regions aligned with local and global strategies, considering current health environments and regulations, including :
  • Analyze the environment and available product data.
  • Develop local / regional patient access strategies aligned with regional goals.
  • Prepare regions and hospitals for upcoming product launches.
  • Implement validated market access strategies by preparing and submitting value dossiers, coordinating access negotiations, and ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups with authorities.
  • Develop and execute advocacy plans, including stakeholder mapping and engagement.
  • Propose access strategies for all regional accounts to facilitate Menarini Stemline's product access.
  • Collaborate with the V&MA Director and team to establish or adjust patient access boards or groups.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in preparing and submitting Regional Reimbursement Dossiers.
  • Monitor environment and competitor activities impacting market access and update relevant teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities, conveying Menarini Stemline’s values and image, in coordination with medical, commercial, and market access teams.

Skills & Experience

You should possess a university degree, preferably in Health Economics, and a postgraduate qualification.

You have at least 5 years of experience in MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical companies within high-intensity market access roles.

Key abilities include :

  • Data review, analysis, opportunity identification, and proactive challenge anticipation.
  • Experience with contracting models.
  • Knowledge of the local market access environment.
  • Solid understanding of the Spanish health system across different regions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, capable of reaching high-level stakeholders directly or indirectly.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
  • Proven capacity to develop and execute regional strategic plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate resources.
  • Flexibility to operate across diverse regions and cultural contexts within Spain.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms; proficiency in English is valuable.
  • Understanding of the interplay between commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions in patient access strategies.
