Formación

  • Experiencia en el sector veterinario o roles similares es una ventaja.

Job Title : Sales & Marketing Office Coordinator

Location : Barcelona, Spain

Our mission is to provide best-in-class pet products that inspire veterinarians to upgrade their protocols and help pet parents optimize conditions for their pets. We are a fast-growing company with a strong commitment to delivering quality customer service, high-quality products, and smooth logistical operations.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Marketing Office Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the CEO and Founder. As a Sales & Marketing Office Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring excellent customer service, effective marketing campaigns, smooth logistics coordination, and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities :

Customer Service
  • Register customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media in a professional manner.
Logistics
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for pick, pack, and dispatch.
  • Manage import/export documentation with our customs broker.
  • Update IT system with core data to ensure accurate documentation and smooth processes.
Marketing
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to coordinate content creation.
  • Work closely with our marketing agency to ensure timely and effective campaigns.
  • Manage email newsletters and mailing lists.
  • Organize exhibitions.
  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, social media, or field visits.
  • Attend and represent Luna & Milo at relevant exhibitions both in Spain and internationally.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Ideally fluent in French and/or German.
  • Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Marketing Skills : Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
  • Basic video editing skills for creating short videos.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Ability to create engaging email campaigns, design newsletters, and segment mailing lists effectively.
  • Ability to write blog posts, articles, or product descriptions.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Work Experience : Experience in the veterinary industry or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Education : High school diploma required; ideally a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
