Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA (Spain) to lead technology strategy across Spain, driving AI-enabled capabilities and platform modernization for a regional footprint. You will partner with senior leaders to align business goals with technology outcomes and manage a cross-country technology portfolio.

Formación

Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent written and spoken communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years in technology leadership with direct experience leading line-of-business, engineering, data operations, or product teams; 5+ years of people leadership operating at scale in matrixed environments.
Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems with exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder partnership across senior levels.
Experience with business processes (bids & tenders, order to cash, customer engagement etc.) – and their interface with foundational technology platforms (ERP, CRM, MES).
Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI; hands‑on leadership implementing these capabilities beyond pilot stages.
Experience modernizing legacy environments while introducing new digital and AI-enabled solutions safely and compliantly.
Proven collaborator with demonstrated ability to influence decisions across a complex, matrixed organization to drive alignment, deliver scalable solutions, and advance strategic priorities to support business/regional needs.
Preferred MedTech domain exposure to digital surgery/robotics, imaging, and related platforms; cross-country collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Co‑create the regional & country technology strategy for EP-CNV in alignment with MedTech business goals and translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap.
Develop technology as a competitive advantage—accelerating innovation, simplification, and go-to-market agility.
Serve as strategic technology partner to regional & country senior leaders; identify opportunities and advise on transformation.
Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes across the regional value chain.
Develop compliant technology through partnership with Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, etc.
Build cross-region partnerships to leverage technology for digitalization of processes.
Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and R&D-adjacent use cases.
Use data & analytics to deliver actionable insights and champion interoperable data platforms.
Drive disciplined product management and link roadmaps to OKRs for dependable delivery.
Own the regional technology portfolio with budgeting and governance.
