Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Therapy and Business Development Consultant for South Spain (maternity leave) to expand Impella therapy adoption. The role covers a defined South Spain territory after training, delivering clinical value to physicians, hospital staff, and partners.

Responsibilities include establishing standard of care adoption, conducting trainings, and ensuring onsite support across Cath Labs, ORs, and ICUs. Travel up to 80% within the region is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and native Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device with cardiovascular space.
• Experience in direct patient support in Cath Lab/ICU/CCU preferred.
• Proven track record in launching high-value therapies and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Establish Impella therapy as standard of care in South Spain with local partner.
• Lead clinical activities and training to develop physician skills.
• Provide onsite patient implant support and bedside visits in ICU-CCU.
• Manage relationships with distribution partner contacts and coordinate training.
