Johnson & Johnson, Madrid-based, seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA (Spain). This strategic tech leader partners with regional and country leadership to shape growth, modernize platforms, and deliver digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business.
• 8+ years in technology leadership; 5+ years in people leadership.
• Experience with business processes (bids & tenders, order to cash, customer engagement) and foundational tech platforms (ERP, CRM, MES).
• Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance.
• Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI; hands-on leadership beyond pilots.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional technology org for EP-CNV in Spain and across markets.
• Define priorities and deliver outcomes with regional & country leadership.
• Develop technology as a competitive advantage across markets and franchises.
• Ensure compliant technology with cybersecurity, regulatory, and legal partners.
• Coordinate with cross‑region teams to accelerate digitalization of processes.
