Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Regional Lead to provide strategic leadership and quality assurance for TAP service delivery across an assigned geographic region.

You will manage regional staff, ensure VA policies and contract requirements are met, monitor performance, and foster relations with military installations and community partners. The role requires ongoing travel within the region, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to analyze program data and report findings to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in workforce development or Veterans services.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with training delivery and program evaluation.
• Knowledge of VA TAP and military transition processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for TAP operations within the region.
• Supervise site leads and regional staff; ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop relationships with military installations and partners.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across locations.
