Formación

IDeaS is seeking a skilled and proactive Regional Solutions Engineer who is fluent in French, to join our global solution engineering team. As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with IDeaS Sales and Account Management teams to provide pre-sales support for the successful selling and implementation of IDeaS solutions. Your role includes understanding industry processes and challenges, conducting customer discovery, designing solutions, and demonstrating products to current and prospective clients.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Providing pre-sales technical support to customers.
  • Collaborating with sales staff to outline solutions and leverage sales opportunities.
  • Developing proposals and conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Ensuring reliable delivery of project results through expertise in IDeaS methodologies and technologies.
  • Showing IDeaS solutions and supporting products for knowledge sharing and demonstrations.
  • Understanding and communicating best practices and industry standards.
  • Working with account management to develop strategies and assess account needs.
  • Supporting marketing events, trade shows, and user group meetings.
  • Participating in technical presentations, training, and report writing.
  • Leveraging technical knowledge to support sales and implementation across solution domains.
  • Applying advanced knowledge of IDeaS products and solutions in sales opportunities.
  • Using strategic selling techniques and industry knowledge to develop sales objectives.
  • Leading complex sales involving multiple skill sets.
  • Serving as a technical resource and counseling staff on technical issues.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of product positioning, pricing, and proposals.
  • Hosting user-group meetings, trainings, or seminars.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on projects and sharing knowledge internally.

What you’ll bring to us…

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering, preferably in hospitality technology or revenue analytics, with experience in SaaS solutions OR 5+ years in revenue management, yield management, or revenue analytics within hotels or hospitality tech.
  • Technical aptitude or interest in data management, system integration, or business intelligence.
  • Business-level fluency in French.
  • Public speaking experience.
  • Industry experience in Revenue Management, Yield Management, or Revenue Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel or hospitality technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership and resource management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel frequently.
