A leading AI meeting automation company located in Badajoz is seeking an experienced salesperson to own a regional territory and generate sales pipeline. You will manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with mid-market stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven ability to close deals. This role offers a competitive base salary and commission-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Own a regional sales territory and generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, customer referrals, and events Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing Build relationships with mid-market stakeholders (100–2000 employees) Activate our customer base to source intros and generate leads Collaborate with marketing on localized campaigns and lead-gen initiatives Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and track progress in the CRM Work with Head of Sales and CEO

What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in productivity, AI, or workflow tools Proven ability to close deals, especially in the mid-market segment Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a commission-heavy role Fluent in the local market language + comfortable working in English Confident using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools to get the job done Thrive in a quota-carrying, commission-driven environment Skilled in prospecting, follow-up, and closing — no excuses Energetic, scrappy, and motivated by the thrill of winning deals Bonus : You've built your own pipeline before and love hunting.
