  • Your role
  • As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with OEMs and distribution partners in Spain and Portugal. You will play a key role in shaping regional strategy and executing plans to achieve ambitious business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and growing organisation.

    You will

    • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed growth targets across the Spain / Portugal territory
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular engagement with current and prospective customers
    • Leverage our extensive product portfolio—including ultra high purity air / gas dryers, nitrogen generators, and gas filtration systems—to serve industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, electronics, food & beverage, and laboratories across the region.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals in collaboration with the European Sales Manager, including pricing strategies to maximise profitability
    • Represent Nano at trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
    • Maintain consistent communication and support with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, customer visits, market feedback, and competitor activity
    • Utilise the CRM system to manage leads, track activity, and update customer information
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global colleagues to coordinate initiatives and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement
    • Commit to continuous learning and development through training and upskilling
    • Adhere to company health and safety policies and maintain proper care of company property.

    To succeed, you will need

    • Proven track record in technical sales or business development, ideally within the compressed air, gas treatment, or industrial equipment sectors
    • Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets, with an established network in the OEM and distributor landscape
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong advantage)
    • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to the UK for meetings / training.

    This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Spain or Portugal, while being associated with our customer center in United Kingdom (GB).
