Our client, a leading European company in the horticulture industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East, Africa, and Iberia regions. This role is part of the Global Business Area and is responsible for managing sales and customer relationships across selected markets, focusing on two prominent brands within the professional horticulture segment.

As Regional Sales Manager , you will be tasked with :

  • Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability.
  • Supporting technical needs and driving growth in existing and new markets.
  • Working closely with distributors and direct customers to seek new opportunities across multiple horticultural sectors.
  • Reporting to the VP of Sales for Middle East, Africa, Iberia, and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead sales and business development in sectors such as Horticulture, Ornamental Plants, Medicinal Cannabis, Soft Fruits, and Mushrooms.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to grow market share and build long-term, profitable customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a distributor network and direct customer base, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Achieve annual sales volume and margin goals.
  • Provide basic technical support to distributors and customers, collaborating with product management to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Represent the brands at trade fairs, customer events, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Business Line and Product Managers, Customer Service, and Operations.
