Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia :
  • Maintain and develop profitable, sustainable sales to expand market share
  • Manage a sales and technology team based in Loeches (Madrid) and Barcelona
  • Manage accounts and negotiate contracts
  • Develop, agree upon, and realize the annual sales budget
  • Balance customer attention with sales efficiency
  • Establish and maintain reliable contacts with key market partners and stakeholders in the printing and packaging industry
  • Monitor and analyze the UV and conventional Sheetfed & Narrow Web packaging market within your area
  • Collaborate closely with an international network of colleagues across Europe
Your Profile - What you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia :
  • Minimum of 5 years managing a sales team and several years of sales experience, preferably in Sheetfed or Narrow Web applications
  • Strong B2B negotiation skills, fact-based, and good with numbers
  • Ability to operate in an international environment with clear, open communication at all levels
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Self-described as a “hunter” with strong action and implementation focus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively towards common goals
