Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia :
- Maintain and develop profitable, sustainable sales to expand market share
- Manage a sales and technology team based in Loeches (Madrid) and Barcelona
- Manage accounts and negotiate contracts
- Develop, agree upon, and realize the annual sales budget
- Balance customer attention with sales efficiency
- Establish and maintain reliable contacts with key market partners and stakeholders in the printing and packaging industry
- Monitor and analyze the UV and conventional Sheetfed & Narrow Web packaging market within your area
- Collaborate closely with an international network of colleagues across Europe
Your Profile - What you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia :
- Minimum of 5 years managing a sales team and several years of sales experience, preferably in Sheetfed or Narrow Web applications
- Strong B2B negotiation skills, fact-based, and good with numbers
- Ability to operate in an international environment with clear, open communication at all levels
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Self-described as a “hunter” with strong action and implementation focus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively towards common goals
