Stryker's Trauma & Extremities division is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of five Sales Representatives in the East Coast area and Andalusia Region of Spain. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager of the Extremities division, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing customer service while fostering strong partnerships with clients. Your leadership will be key in motivating and guiding your team, maximizing customer acquisition, and ensuring the success of your region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager Extremities Iberia, lead a sales team to meet financial and performance objectives.
  2. Accurately forecast business and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
  3. Attract, develop, engage, and lead a high-performing sales team, supporting and driving business growth.
  4. Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes and high customer service levels.
  5. Maintain positive and detailed communication with accounts and internal teams, providing feedback to senior management.
  6. Develop strategic healthcare system relationships.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and influencers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related medical/scientific/technical field.
  • Native or C2 level Spanish and advanced English (C1).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with Medical Devices products.
  • Minimum 2 years of managing sales teams and profit centers.
  • Experience in operating rooms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Orthopedic implants, preferably Extremities implants.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Persuasive communication skills without organizational authority.
  • Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures.
Territory and Travel:
  • Travel percentage: 60-40 overnight.
  • Base locations: Barcelona, Sevilla, or any major city in Andalusia.
  • Role type: Field.
