About the Team :

As a Regional Sales Manager, Diagnostic & Workshop Solutions, you’ll play a key role in selling our diagnostic and workshop digital solutions within your territory. Our team identifies optimal channels, develops partnerships, closes commercial agreements, and interacts with key customers to facilitate contract closure. Join us to shape the future of our sales and channel development efforts.

What You Can Look Forward To :

  • Business Development : Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business channels and opportunities, focusing on hunting for new prospects and closing deals.
  • Market Presence & Events : Represent products at trade shows and events to boost visibility. Collaborate with Marketing to create sales support tools.
  • Customer & Distributor Management : Build relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth. Be the main contact for key accounts. Coordinate product and sales information. Organize meetings and address issues.
  • Market Insights : Conduct research to understand customer needs and industry trends, providing feedback to product and marketing teams. Conduct occasional surveys.
  • Sales Execution : Develop and implement annual sales plans to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence.
  • Collaboration : Partner with marketing to improve campaigns and align with sales and support. Handle customer requests. Identify key account needs and create solutions. Work with Legal to establish contracts.

Your Profile :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Expertise : Proven experience in field sales, channel, or business development with a hunter mindset.
  • Automotive Experience : 10+ years in the aftermarket automotive industry, preferably within diagnostics solutions.
  • Business Development : Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and grow business channels from scratch.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Communication & Relationships : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Languages : Native Spanish, fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
