We’re looking for Regional Sales Managers in Spain, the UK, and Croatia to take full ownership of their markets and drive growth from the ground up.

Regional Sales Manager – POS Tech | Hospitality & Retail

  • MUST HAVE experience in POS, hospitality tech, retail tech

You’ll join a small but ambitious team on a mission to simplify and modernise the way retailers, restaurants, and venues manage their operations — with a powerful, all-in-one POS solution.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Own and drive full-cycle sales — prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and activating new clients
  • Deliver product demos and installations; train users post-sale
  • Manage your region’s pipeline, revenue goals, and CRM tracking
  • Attend on-site visits and provide technical and operational support
  • Represent the brand at events and identify high-value partnership opportunities

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • MUST HAVE experience in POS, hospitality tech, retail tech
  • Strong commercial instinct and full-cycle sales ability
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish, English, or Croatian depending on region) + strong English skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
  • Based in Spain, UK, or Croatia – with flexibility for regular field visits
