Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the north-central Spain sales team in the Wound Care business. You will drive regional growth, develop commercial plans, and engage key healthcare stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Location is Madrid or Bilbao with national travel and a home office. The role requires strong leadership, public tender experience, and a commercial mindset to strengthen Mölnlycke's market position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices or related commercial environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of public tenders and healthcare procurement.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Fluent Spanish and English (B2-C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers across the north-central region of Spain.
• Drive sales performance and achieve regional business objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial plans aligned with the Iberia Wound Care strategy.
• Support regional tenders and public procurement activities within hospital and primary care settings.
• Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify business opportunities through market insights and customer needs.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.
