A leading healthcare company is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth in their assigned region. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving the growth of sales within their assigned region. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing regional sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and market penetration. The Regional Sales Director will play a critical role in expanding the company’s presence, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer support.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience as a Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
