Intaso is proud to be partnered with a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up that’s turning serious traction into impact - having just surpassed €100M ARR and fresh off the back of a major funding round, they’re now hiring an Enterprise Regional Sales Director to help grow their presence in Iberia and accelerate growth.

There’s already a strong foundation in place - with a talented individual contributor and an impressive leader based in Madrid - but there’s still plenty of room to grow. This isn’t a greenfield role, but it’s a huge opportunity for someone who knows how to scale success in a startup environment.

If you’re used to wearing multiple hats, thrive in fast-moving teams, and love the challenge of winning new enterprise business, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and drive new logo acquisition across the Spanish market - no existing accounts, all hunter.
  • Map and build out the territory, identifying and engaging strategic prospects.
  • Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to convert SQLs into meaningful pipeline.
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales, from discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Engage senior decision-makers and stakeholders in IT security, data, and compliance.
  • Partner with the Territory Channel Director to maximise indirect opportunities.
  • Report directly to the VP Sales, collaborating cross-functionally with pre-sales and product teams.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales within cybersecurity
  • Fluent Spanish and strong written / spoken English.
  • A proven track record of winning new business in a competitive tech space.
  • Excellent territory planning and the ability to manage a long, consultative sales cycle.
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up environment - agile, resourceful, and hands-on.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or a similar value-based sales methodology is a plus.
