Job summary

Sonova Group in Alicante, Spain is seeking an In-Market Quality Manager to serve as the regional quality lead, connecting customers, markets and global teams. You will translate customer and market feedback into coordinated action and support hypercare and quality initiatives.

Leverage regional insights to drive CAPA, continuous improvement and effective collaboration with QARA and HQ. A customer-focused, proactive leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, quality management, life sciences, business or related field.
• Quality management certifications in medical devices or customer excellence.
• 5+ years in customer quality or equivalent customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong ownership, accountability and stakeholder mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional Quality representative for the region.
• Represent customer and market quality concerns within Sonova.
• Coordinate quality communication between customers, markets, sites and global QARA/HQ.
• Own hypercare processes and coordinate regional execution of quality events.
• Drive continuous improvement and CAPA activities from market feedback.

Education

Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, Business or related field

Quality management certifications (medical devices, customer excellence)

5+ years in customer quality or customer-facing technical roles

Ownership and stakeholder management
