Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Regional PV QA Leader to drive quality oversight of pharmacovigilance systems across regional and country operations.

You will ensure compliance with PV regulations and contribute to the QP deliverables while coordinating with Global PV QA and PS&PV teams. The role requires extensive PV/QA experience, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related scientific discipline.
• Higher degree desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in a second language a plus.
• Quality/PV/clinical/regulatory affairs/ pharmaceutical industry/ health authority experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional and country quality oversight for implementation and maintenance of vigilance quality systems.
• Ensure PV regulatory compliance across global, regional and country operations.
• Support the Global Research and Development quality cycle and deliverables of the vigilance Quality Plan.
• Coordinate execution of the Quality Plan and report status to Global PV QA team.
• Monitor metrics on quality and compliance of vigilance systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead regional quality initiatives and provide governance and project support.
