Job summary

Schreiber Foods España, S.L. is seeking a Quality Systems professional to oversee the QMS across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional needs.

Responsibilities include coaching site teams, monitoring CAPA and document control, performing data analysis, and developing European dashboards and KPIs with tools like PBI, Databricks, EQMS and LIMS. Collaborating with Global Quality Systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Quality Systems, Manufacturing or Food Industry.
• Knowledge of CAPA, document control, NCRs and regulatory compliance.
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
• Data analysis and KPI interpretation with visualization tools.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with QMS tools and system integrations.
• Ability to model and automate standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring site adherence to QMS processes and regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching and training to site quality teams; act as escalation point.
• Support European needs of core QMS systems (LIMS, EQMS, SharePoint, PBI, Hive, Databricks).
• Develop European scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Create tools to analyze European quality trends, risks, KPIs, and audit findings.
• Collaborate with Global Teams to standardize core QMS.
