Job Opportunity :

• A dedicated Quality and Operations Specialist is required to oversee the regional operation, ensuring high-quality performance through quantitative metrics and inspections.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, resolve, and rectify risks in the region, organizing investigations and promoting quality anomalies.

Develop and implement quality training programs to enhance employee awareness.

Collaborate with teams to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including operating metrics, quality, and EHS.

Lead compliance initiatives, establishing systems to ensure adherence to regulations.

Utilize digital tools and technologies to enhance business efficiency and operational quality.

Requirements :

Language Proficiency : Fluency in multiple languages, including Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, and English, for effective communication.

Education : A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field with a focus on energy, utilities, or environmental science.

Experience : 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the energy sector.

Project Management Skills : Proficiency in project management software, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Knowledge of Energy Industry : Understanding of energy industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Communication and Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
