Regional Marketing Manager (Remote, Spain)

We are seeking a data-driven Regional Marketing Manager with a strong background in Field / Regional marketing, demand generation, people management, and virtual event expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs aimed at customers and prospects to support sales pipeline goals. The role demands excellent planning, organizational, communication, leadership, and execution skills, along with a deep understanding of your region to tailor programs effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive adoption and lead generation initiatives to develop qualified sales leads, boosting pipeline and brand awareness in your region.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for quarterly planning to set objectives, strategies, and priorities.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to create an integrated ABM demand generation plan aligned with corporate marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute in-person events, account-based marketing, webinars, trade shows, and Grafana-hosted events to meet regional targets.
  • Develop event marketing plans, including goals, budgets, schedules, presentations, and post-event analysis.
  • Promote collaboration within the regional marketing team to share lessons learned and refine strategies.
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance through pipeline inspections and deal tracking.
  • Manage a regional marketing dashboard to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend on pipeline development.
  • Oversee partner and channel marketing strategies to prioritize joint marketing efforts with strategic partners.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years in Field / Regional Marketing or similar roles.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for program support and meetings.
  • Experience with SFDC (reporting, campaign management, data hygiene).
  • Flexibility to support marketing activities outside local time zones and business hours.
  • Ability to align strategies with open source go-to-market models.
  • Knowledge of Splash, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is required.

In Spain, the OTE range for this role is €61,000 - €74,000 . Compensation varies based on experience and skills, with benefits including equity, bonuses, and additional perks listed on our careers page.
