You will translate global strategies into localized campaigns, working remotely with performance marketing, sales, and design teams to generate qualified leads and enrolments.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in marketing, strong Canva/Adobe content creation skills, and a data-driven mindset for optimizing campaigns in an international setting.

Formación

• 2–3 years of marketing experience
• Strong content creation using Canva/Adobe Suite
• Excellent written communication and storytelling with brand focus
• Data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote-first environment
• Strong collaboration across sales, marketing and creative teams
• Bonus: multi-market experience or extra languages (Spanish, French, Russian)

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute multi-channel regional marketing campaigns across Europe and the Middle East with localized messaging
• Create and adapt marketing assets for digital campaigns ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate with performance marketing and sales to monitor results and optimize enrolments
• Support virtual and in-person events such as webinars and regional expos
• Localize marketing materials to evolving campaign strategies
• Transform data and customer insights into actionable marketing improvements
