Jobgether is seeking an Acquisition Engineering Team Lead in Spain to mentor engineers and shape frontend systems for global web experiences. You will own marketing sites, landing pages, and conversion funnels, collaborating with Marketing, Design, Product, and Compliance to deliver compliant, localized content.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, performance, SEO, and accessibility, with an opportunity to lead cross-region initiatives and scale design systems across platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years building frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Proven engineering leadership, including hiring and developing engineers.
• Experience owning acquisition surfaces such as marketing sites and funnels.
• Familiar with analytics, funnel tracking and data-informed optimization.
• Hands-on with headless CMS platforms for content-heavy apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of frontend engineers, including performance reviews and career development.
• Own the technical direction of acquisition systems, CMS architectures, and funnels.
• Improve analytics, instrumentation, and funnel observability to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, Legal, and Compliance on compliant experiences.
• Define content models, publishing workflows, and multi-region localization.
• Mentor engineers and elevate frontend standards in a distributed team.
