Salas Montalvo is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Noblejas (Toledo) to lead the site’s maintenance team and ensure smooth operation of highly automated facilities.

You will coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, improve maintenance plans, and manage budgets in an international, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience in highly automated industrial environments.
• C1 level of English is required for international environment.

At Salas Montalvo, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join an international logistics company with a highly automated facility located in Noblejas (Toledo).

We are looking for someone with solid experience in industrial maintenance, used to leading technical teams and working in demanding, highly automated environments.

What will your role involve?

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the site’s facilities and equipment, coordinating preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities and leading the local maintenance team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a maintenance team
• Planning and supervising preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Analysing technical issues and setting intervention priorities.
