Formación

Regional Learning & Training Manager

Main purpose: Oversee the implementation and management of the GBS Learning, Training & Knowledge Management Strategy within the European centers while contributing to the global reshaping of the GBS Learning Framework.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional initiatives in Learning, Training, and Knowledge Management aligned with global strategies and local needs.
  • Collaborate with local training teams in Germany, Barcelona, and Gdansk to assess and address training requirements.
  • Design and implement knowledge management frameworks, methodologies, and tools tailored to regional needs while ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Support the ongoing reassessment and update of the GBS Capability Framework, ensuring it remains relevant to the European context.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistency in training concepts.
  • Drive engagement in the GBS Academy by promoting available training content and encouraging participation among employees.
  • Participate in the refinement of the Learning & Knowledge Management (KM) framework, advocating for effective knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Who you are:
  • University degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Training or Knowledge Management, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and trends in internet-based applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
  • Excellent English skills; proficiency in Polish or Spanish.
