About the Role:

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with, and implementation of, Almarai’s Health, Safety, and Security Systems and Procedures. Manage all related systems, processes, personnel, resources, and technology.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of safety and security management experience in a multi-site environment.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate holder.
• Fire fighting qualification from a recognized institute or government body.
• Provide health and safety support for new projects in KAEC-Rabigh City.
• Oversee site contractors’ activities, conduct safety meetings, site inductions, and ensure compliance with project standards and government regulations.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in safety and security.
• Experience managing safety/security personnel such as officers and coordinators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
