Qida, a social impact scale-up, is expanding its regional growth footprint in Madrid or Barcelona. As the Regional Growth Associate, you own local market growth, define the strategy, and work with Prescription, Acquisition, Brand, Salesforce Effectiveness and Ops Excellence teams to maximize market share and margin.

You will be hands-on, analyze local competition, run guerrilla marketing, manage local offices when applicable, and lead cross-functional efforts to launch and scale in the region,

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in growth, city launch or local expansion roles in start-ups/scale-ups.
• Spanish-speaking (C1) required.
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona with frequent market presence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute growth strategy for markets to maximize share and margin.
• Lead local pricing model and operating model decisions.
• Run guerrilla marketing actions in markets and manage local offices where applicable.
• Collaborate with Prescription, Acquisition, Brand, and Ops teams to align cross-functional efforts.
• Track growth metrics through dashboards and identify potential partnerships or M&A assets.
