Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Asset Lead to manage and support Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics. You will drive regional fleet strategies, ensure process consistency, and improve performance aligned with customer satisfaction and fleet targets.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in operations or related fields and 2–5 years in people management. Strong fleet and supplier management experience, plus KPI analysis, are essential.

Formación

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily regional operations across the UKI & Nordics, coordinating with local depots and Asset Analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance in health & safety, facilities, stock management and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in unavailability, supplier network, and maintenance costs.
• Lead and develop a team of Asset Analysts with regular 1:1s and coaching.
• Collaborate with People team on hiring, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Act as regional contact for key suppliers and lead supplier negotiations when needed.
• Lead strategic initiatives like depot openings and fleet projects.
