Indie Campers seeks an Operations Regional Director for EMEA (based in Lisbon). You will lead the UKIN/Central Europe regional team, oversee depots, and drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Backround in business management or engineering or similar field.
• At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
• Experience in strategic consulting or finance-related positions is a plus.
• 3+ years of managing operational teams with P&L ownership in rent-a-car or hospitality.
• Proven leadership, ability to establish operational standards and develop teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate large teams under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the regional team and local teams in your region.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations execution and drive fleet availability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure operating standards are followed and objectives are met.
• Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with central teams to adapt processes to regions.
• Deliver projects related to operational expansion within your region.
• Be the ultimate owner of regional OPEX and partner with Finance, Revenue & Marketing, People.
