Indie Campers in Madrid is seeking an experienced Operations Regional Director to lead our UKIN/Central Europe regional team and oversee depots, fleet availability, and customer service efficiency. You will report to the COO and drive performance through central guidelines and local execution.

The role requires a strong background in business or engineering, 10+ years of experience, and proven P&L ownership. Fluent English is essential, and collaboration across diverse teams is a must.

Formación

• Background in Business Management, Engineering or similar education.
• At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
• More than 3 years of proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L ownership.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the regional team and local teams in your region.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations and manage the team to achieve fleet availability, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure operating standards are followed and regional objectives are met.
• Lead projects related to operational expansion within your region and manage P&L for the region.
• Forecast demand, optimize local cost structures, and liaise with central teams.
