Siemens Energy in Madrid is seeking a Regional Commodity Manager for Field Services Europe & Africa. You will own and shape the commodity across the Gas Services Central business, balancing strategic ownership with hands-on implementation and aligning with the regional procurement team.

You will collaborate with Service Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Procurement, acting as a senior commercial partner while driving value creation, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Formación

• University degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or comparable field.
• Long-term procurement/commodity management experience in a global organization.
• Strong negotiation of long-term contracts and complex contract management.
• Excellent cost analysis, market trends, and risk mitigation understanding.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication; travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent English; German language skills desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive Field Services commodity strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Lead cross-functional team to improve cost, on-time delivery, quality, and lead times with safety focus.
• Provide periodic commodity health updates to leadership and share supplier market intelligence.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, qualification, and communications of strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable terms in contracts and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring policy compliance and safety standards.
